dc.description.abstractV této bakalářské práci se autorka zabývá znalostmi žen o riziku a prevenci vzniku karcinomu prsu. Teoretická část obsahuje historii karcinomu prsu a epidemiologické údaje. Ve své práci se autorka zaměřila na rizikové faktory tohoto onemocnění, dále se věnuje metodám prevence, a to jak prevence primární tak sekundární. Uvádí zde také diagnostické a léčebné metody tohoto onemocnění. Zmiňuje se o psychosociálních aspektech karcinomu prsu. Do své práce zařadila také velmi zajímavou kapitolu pojednávající o karcinomu prsu v těhotenství. V praktické části formou dotazníku zjišťovala informovanost žen o rizikových faktorech a prevenci vzniku karcinomu prsu. Otázky se týkaly především informovanosti žen v oblasti screeningu karcinomu prsu, mamografického vyšetření, rizikových faktorů, spokojenosti s poskytovanými informacemi o dané problematice.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn this bachelor's thesis the author deals with the knowledge of women of the risk and prevention of breast carcinoma. The theoretical part contains the history of breast carcinoma and epidemiological data. In this thesis the author directs the reader to the risk factors of this disease and also looks at the methods of prevention, both primary and secondary and also discusses the diagnostic and treatment methods of this disease along with the psycho-social aspects of breast carcinoma. The author also included a highly interesting chapter which deals with breast carcinoma during pregnancy. In the practical section, in the form of a questionnaire, the author has ascertained the knowledge level of women in regard to the risk factors and the prevention of breast carcinoma. The questions particularly concerned the knowledge of women regarding screening for breast carcinoma, mammographic examinations, risk factors and their satisfaction with the information provided regarding the issue in question.eng
