Bakalářská práce vysvětluje problematiku partnerské spolupráce podniků. Uvádí formy partnerské spolupráce podniků a hodnotí je. Pojednává také o regulaci partnerské spolupráce podniků z hlediska ochrany hospodářské soutěže.
The bachelor work deals with the problems of the partnership and cooperation of the firms. The forms of the partnership and cooperation are explained and evaluated. The attention is also paid to regulation of the partnership and cooperation of the firms especially from the point of view of the protection of competition.
