dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rozloučení se s mrtvě rozeným plodem. V teoretické časti, jsou popsány kapitoly o příčinách úmrtí plodu jak ze strany plodu, tak i matky. Dále se práce věnuje ošetřovatelské péči před, při a po porodu mrtvého plodu. V kapitole je popsána psychosociální stránka ztráty, krize, projevy smutku, důležitost rozloučení a i fáze truchlení. Výzkumná část diplomové práce má za cíl zjistit, jaké služby poskytují nemocnice pozůstalým rodičům. Byly stanoveny tři výzkumné otázky. První otázka: Jaké informace nabízejí porodnice pozůstalým rodičům mrtvě rozeného dítěte? Druhá otázka: Jakou pomoc nabízejí porodnice pozůstalým rodičům bezprostředně po porodu na porodním sále? A třetí výzkumná otázka: Mají oslovené porodnice vypracovaný standard, jak postupovat po porodu mrtvého plodu? Výzkumné šetření bylo sestaveno na základě dat shromážděných z dotazníkových šetření zaslaných všem vrchním sestrám porodnických oddělení v ČR.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the problems of saying goodbye to a stillborn foetus. In the theoretical part there are chapters that describe reasons of foetus death from the side of the foetus as well as the mother. Furthermore, the thesis describes nursing care before, during and after the birth of a stillborn foetus. The chapter describes the psychosocial side of the loss, the crisis, the expressions of sorrow, the importance of saying goodbye and the mourning phase. The practical part of the thesis aims to find out which services are grieving parents provided with. Further, there were three specified research questions. Firstly, what information does the hospital offer grieving parents of stillborn baby? Secondly, what kind of help offered by the hospital grieving parents immediately after birth on the delivery room? Thirdly, has the hospitals addressed the development of standard how to act after the birth of a stillborn foetus? The research survey was compiled on the basis of the collected questionnaire inquiries sent to all charge nurses of the maternity departments in the Czech Republic.	eng
