dc.description.abstractÚvod: Bolesti zad představují vážný socioekonomický problém. Tlumit je lze invazivními a neinvazivními metodami. Cílem práce bylo zjistit léčebný efekt série podávaných analgetických infuzí na snížení intenzity bolestí zad. Materiál a metoda: Bylo sledováno 62 respondentů přijatých na ortopedické oddělení s bolestmi zad k analgetické infuzní terapii. Pro sběr dat byl využit standardizovaný dotazník Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), vizuální analogová škála (VAS) 0 - 10 a studium dokumentace. Výsledky: Průměrné hodnocení dotazníku ODI u všech respondentů bylo před léčbou 48 %, což značí střední omezení v aktivitách běžného denního života a po léčbě 29 %, což je omezení mírné. Intenzita bolesti na VAS byla před podáním série infuzí průměrně 6,2 a po terapii 3,3. Závěr: U všech sledovaných respondentů došlo po ukončení infuzní terapie ke snížení disability v ODI a snížení intenzity bolesti na VAS. Tím je potvrzen pozitivní léčebný efekt analgetických infuzí u sledovaných pacientů s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem již ve velmi krátkém období po jejich aplikaci.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedIntroduction: Back pain represent a serious socioeconomic problem. Dampen it can be invasive and non-invasive methods. The aim of the study was to determine the therapeutic effect of a sequence of analgesic infusion to reduce the intensity of back pain. Material and methods: 62 respondents were observed in the orthopedic department accepted with back pain for analgesic infusion therapy. Standardized questionnaire Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), Visual Analog Scale (VAS) from 0 to 10 and documentation were used for data collection. Results: Average rating of the ODI questionnaire for all respondents were 48 % before a treatment that indicates a medium limitation in everyday activities and 29 % after the treatment, which is a low limitation. The VAS intensity of pain was 6,2 prior to the series infusion and 3,3 after the treatment. Conclusion: There was reduction of ODI disability and VAS pain intensity for all respondents after the infusion therapy. Thus the positive therapeutic effect of analgesic infusions is confirmed in a very short period after their application for patients with low back painful syndrome.eng
