dc.description.abstractDie Abschlussarbeit befasst sich mit Direktbanking der aktuell bekanntesten Banken in der Tschechischen Republik. Einleitend werden einzelne Formen von Direktbanking (Onlinebanking, Telefonbanking und Handybanking) erläutert und ihre Vorteile und Nachteile sowie Sicherheitsaspekte genannt. Anschließend werden die Formen von Direktbanking der Banken preislich verglichen, die Bank Česká spořitelna vorgestellt und ihre Art des Direktbankings analysiert. Am Ende dieser Arbeit werden die Ergebnisse in Bezug auf den Fragenbogen, wobei die Meinungen und Einschätzungen der befragten Personen mit Direktbanking festgestellt wurden, vorgestellt und die Hypothesen überprüft.ger
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work deals with the Direct Banking systems of the major Czech Republic Banks. Initially important terminology has been defined and the relative advantages and disadvantages thereof ascertained and security aspects cited. Subsequently the various forms of Direct Banking from the different banks have been compared on a price basis. Furthermore the Bank Česká spořitelna has been isolated, introduced and its Direct Banking options have been analysed. Finally this work presents the results of a questionnaire, through which the opinions and valuations of the people question in relation to Direct Banking have been established. These opinions and valuations have then been presented in the work and finally compared to previously developed hypotheses.eng
dc.description.abstract-translatedPráce se zybývá možnostmi přímého bankovnictví významných stávajících bank v České republice. přibližuje jednotlivé formy přémého bakovnictví - internetové, telefonní a mobilní a snaží se ukázat na jejich výhody a nevýhody, tak jako na aspekty bezpečnosti. V rámci práce jsou cenově srovnány formy přímého bankovnictví, které jednotlivé banky nabízejí a je zde představena banka Česká spořitelna a analyzovány její možnosti přímého bankovnictví. Na konci práce jsou v rámci výzkumu, prostřednictvím dotazníků, zjištěny názory a ohodnocení dotazovaných osob na přímé bankovnictví a následně představeny výsledky a přezkoušeny hypotézy.cze
