dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku, rozdělení, průběh, diagnostiku, léčbu, rizika a komplikace gestačního diabetu mellitu. Zahrnuje postup péče o těhotnou ženu, rodičku a šestinedělku. Konec teoretické části je věnován edukaci klientek a využití informační mapy péče jako edukačního materiálu. V praktické části jsou popsány tři plány péče u jednotlivých klientek, na základě toho je vytvořena informační mapa péče pro ženy s gestačním diabetem mellitem. Kazuistiky u daných klientek jsou vypracované pomocí procesu v porodní asistenci. Výstupem je informační mapa péče, která zobrazuje souhrn postupů v porodní asistenci a vyšetření, které se provádí u klientek při hospitalizaci.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of my thesis centres on the characteristic, division, course, diagnosis, treatment, dangers and complications concerning gestational diabetes mellitus. It includes the steps in the care of pregnant women, women in labour and puerperas. The end of the theoretical part is devoted to client education and the use of information map of care as educational material. The empirical part describes three plans of care of individual clients and lays the foundation for the information map of care of the women suffering from gestational diabetes mellitus. The case history of the clients concerned is based on the process of birth assistance. The output of the empirical part is the information map of care displaying the collection of steps in birth assistance and examinations carried out during clients' hospitalization.	eng
