dc.description.abstract	Tématem diplomové práce je zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti záměru splavnit řeku Labe do města Pardubic. V dnešní době se význam dopravní infrastruktury neustále zvyšuje, avšak vodní infrastruktura je do jisté míry opomíjena, což je škoda vzhledem k efektivnosti a nákladnosti jednotlivých druhů doprav. Se vzrůstajícími požadavky na dopravní proces se také zvyšují požadavky na dopravní infrastrukturu a právě vodní doprava je jistým řešením. V práci je provedena analýza současného stavu jednotlivých objektů na vodní cestě Labe, v úseku zamýšleného prodloužení. Zároveň je v práci ekonomicky zhodnoceno, dle platné legislativy České republiky, prodloužení vodní cesty Labe.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma work deals with the plan of canalizing the river Elbe to Pardubice and evaluates its economical effectiveness. Nowadays, despite the fact that the importance of transport infrastructure is increasing, the infrastructure of waterways has been rather neglected. Considering expensiveness and lower effectiveness of other ways of transportation, such neglecting can be viewed as a wasted opportunity. Because of the high demand on transport infrastructure, the waterway transportation can be a solution. The work analyses the current condition of all the building objects on the Elbe waterway in the sector that is intended to be canalized. Further, the work provides the economic analysis of the canalization in accordance to the Czech legislative.	eng
