dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá návrhem modelu LVQ neuronové sítě pro ohodnocování bonity obcí. V práci je uskutečněna analýza současného stavu v oblasti ohodnocování bonity obcí. Jsou uvedeny základní pojmy z této oblasti a metody ohodnocování obcí, které se současně používají. Dále je navržen vektor parametrů pro ohodnocování bonity obcí, který obsahuje parametry ekonomické, dluhové a finanční. Následně je navrhnut vhodný model pro ohodnocování bonity obcí a provedena analýza výsledků.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with a suggestion for simulating LVQ neural network model for assessing of municipal creditworthiness. In the work there is realization analysis of the present state in the area of assessing of municipal creditworthiness. In the work there are mentioned fundamental terms from this area and method of assessing of municipal creditworthiness that are used at the present time. Then a vector of parameters for assessing of municipal creditworthiness that contains economics parameters, debit parameters and financial parameters is designed here. Further is designed suitable model for assessing of municipal creditworthiness and next is made analysis of results.eng
