dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá ovlivněním kvality života nemocných po totální laryngektomii (odstranění hrtanu). Výzkum probíhal anonymně mezi nemocnými a obecnou populací podle standardizovaného dotazníku kvality života SEIQoL (Schedule for the Evaluation of Individual Quality of Life, Program hodnocení individuální kvality života (O´Boyle, McGee, Joyce, 1994) - 187 osob (87 laryngektomovaných, s průměrným věkem 58 let, 78 mužů, 9 žen; 100 osob s průměrným věkem 59 let, 50 mužů a 50 žen) a vlastního dotazníku Život po totální laryngektomii, ŽIPOLET (50 respondentů - jen muži, průměrný věk 61 let). Uzavíráme, že skóre kvality života u SEIQoL (životní cíle) se výrazně neliší u laryngektomovaných (QL 75%) a obecné populace (QL 82%). Větší rozdíl je u SEIQoL před operací a po ní (před operací QL 85%, po QL 75%) a dotazníku ŽIPOLET (problémy po operaci) a SEIQoL (QL 75% SEIQoL, QL 60% ŽIPOLET). Výsledky studie odpovídají výzkumům v této široké problematice.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis treats of the interference of quality of life after total laryngectomy (extirpation of larynx). The investigation cursed anonymously between patients and general population according to standardized questionnaire of quality of life SEIQoL (Schedule for the Evaluation of Individual Quality of Life (O´Boyle, McGee, Joyce, 1994) - 187 persons (87 people with laryngectomy, with a mean age of 58 years, 78 men and 9 women; 100 people, a mean age of 59 years, 50 men and 50 women) and own questionnaire The Life after Total Laryngectomy, ŽIPOLET (50 respondents, a mean age of 61 years, only men). In conclusion the quality of life of people doesn´t differ markedly in questionnaire SEIQoL (goals of life) after laryngectomy (QL 75%) and general population (82%). Greater difference is in issues of the questionnaire SEIQoL before surgery and after this (before QL 85%, after 75%) and the questionnaire ŽIPOLET (problems after surgery) and SEIQoL (QL 75% SEIQoL, QL 60% ŽIPOLET). The results of this investigation accord with studies about this broad issue.eng
