dc.description.abstract	Závěrečná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou péče o pacienta s poruchou hybnosti hlasivek a s pooperačním krvácením po operaci štítné žlázy. Práce je dělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je uveden popis anatomie a fyziologie štítné žlázy a stručný přehled onemocnění štítné žlázy, včetně diagnostiky, terapie a ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta před a po operaci štítné žlázy. Praktickou část tvoří analýza dat zjištěných u souboru 750 pacientů operovaných pro onemocnění štítné žlázy na Klinice otorinolaryngologie a chirurgie hlavy a krku Pardubické krajské nemocnice a.s. od roku 1996 do roku 2009. Cílem průzkumu bylo zhodnocení demografických dat a výskytu komplikací u pacientů po této operaci. Výsledky šetření jsou zpracovány do tabulek, znázorněny graficky a doplněny komentářem. Během výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že operováni pro onemocnění štítné žlázy jsou častěji ženy, průměrný věk operovaných pacientů postupně narůstal. Nebylo shledáno statisticky významné větší zastoupení kuřáků mezi pacienty s nádorem štítné žlázy. U pacientů s parézou zvratných nervů nebyla zjištěna statistická významnost vlivu patologické velikosti štítné žlázy. Množství odpadu z drénu je statisticky významně ovlivněno patologickou velikostí štítné žlázy, nadváhou a obezitou pacienta, u kouření nebyl vliv na množství odpadu z drénu zjištěn. Doba hospitalizace je u pacientů s komplikacemi prodloužena o 0,4 dne, tedy vznik komplikací se nezdá mít zásadní vliv na prodloužení délky pobytu ve zdravotnickém zařízení.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The final thesis deals with the problems of caring for patients with impaired vocal cord mobility and postoperative bleeding after surgery of the thyroid gland. The thesis is divided into two parts ? the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part presents the description of anatomy and physiology of the thyroid gland, the review of the thyroid gland diseases, including the diagnostic, therapy and nursing care for patients after the surgery of the thyroid gland. The practical part is the analysis of the data obtained from the group of 750 patients who were operated on after the thyroid gland disease at the Clinic of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery of Regional hospital Pardubice Inc. between the years 1996 and 2009. The aim of this research was the evaluation of the demographical data and incidence of the complications in the patients after this surgery. The results of the research are presented in the form of the tables and the diagrams, accompanied by the notes. The research shows that the women were the most often operated on for the thyroid gland disease. The average age of the patients operated on was gradually growing. The statistically significant difference in the representation of smokers among the patients with and without the cancer of the thyroid gland was not found out. The statistical significance of the influence of the pathological size of the thyroid gland in the patients with the paresis of the recurrent laryngeal nerve was not proved. It was statistically proved that the amount of the outlet from drain is affected by the size of the thyroid gland, obesity of a patient; the affect of smoking on the amount of the outlet from drain was not found out. The duration of hospitalization is prolonged for 0,4 day in the patients with the complications; therefore it does not seem that the occurrence of the complications has fundamental influence on the duration of hospitalization.	eng
