dc.description.abstract	Die Arbeit befasst sich mit der Entwicklung der deutschen Wirtschaft in der Stadt Müglitz. In der einleitenden historischen Übersicht schildert sie die Unternehmensentwicklung in Müglitz seit der Stadtgründung bis zum Jahre 1945 sowie den Anteil der deutschen Volkszugehörigkeit daran. Desweiteren beschreibt sie die unternehmerischen Aktivitäten zweier deutscher Firmen, sprich SIEMENS ELEKTROMOTORY s. r. o. a HELLA AUTOTECHNIK s. r. o. in der Stadt nach dem Jahre 1989 und ihre Entwicklung, welche zum Beispiel durch die Änderungen der Angestelltenzustände und – Statistiken zu erklären ist. Am Ende der Arbeit wird zudem auf die Bedeutung dieser Firmen für die Müglitzer Stadtentwicklung und die damit verbundene Lebensverbesserung ihrer Einwohner näher eingegangen.	ger
dc.description.abstract-translated	This study deals with the development of German industry in Mohelnice.The introduction covers development of entrepreneurialism in Mohelnice historically and the influence of German businesses on it. The paper analyses current activities of two German companies, SIEMENS ELEKTROMOTORY s. r. o. and HELLA AUTOTECHNIK s. r. o. in the area and their development after the year 1989 to the present time. As well as other factors, the increase and structure of employees was directly proportional to the expansion of the companies. The end of the study points to the influence, effort and importance of these companies for the development of the town and enriching the quality of people´s lives in it.	eng

V úvodním historickém přehledu nastiňuje vývoj podnikání v Mohelnici od založení města do roku 1945 a podíl německého etnika na něm. Dále popisuje podnikatelské aktivity dvou německých firem, a to SIEMENS ELEKTROMOTORY s. r. o. a HELLA AUTOTECHNIK s. r. o. ve městě po roce 1989 a rozvoj těchto společností, který je dokládán například změnami ve stavech a struktuře zaměstnanců. Závěrem práce poukazuje na význam těchto firem pro rozvoj města Mohelnice a zlepšení života jeho obyvatel.	cze
