dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce pojednává o katastrech nemovitostí přes internet v rámci Evropské unie a možnostech získávání informací z nich. V práci je popsána historie a obsah katastru nemovitostí v České republice včetně popisu Informačního systému katastru nemovitostí. Dále jsou popsány i další způsoby získávání informací z katastru nemovitostí v České republice. Samostatná kapitola se týká porovnání informací získaných prostřednictvím internetových aplikací nabízejících přístup k informacím katastru nemovitostí v České republice a na Slovensku. Závěrečná část práce je věnována přístupnosti a případnému srovnání informací z katastrů nemovitostí přístupných přes internet ve vybraných státech Evropské unie. Nakonec jsou zmíněny některé projekty v oblasti katastru nemovitostí v Evropské unii.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor work deals with real estate cadastres via the Internet within European Union and possibilities sourcing of information from real estate cadastres. In work is described history and contents of real estate cadastre in the Czech Republic including description of Information system of real estate cadastre. Additionally there are described the next manners sourcing of information from real estate cadastre in the Czech Republic. Separate chapter contains comparison of information that was retrieved through internet-based applications with access to information of real estate cadastre in the Czech Republic and real estate cadastre in the Slovakia. Final part of work is about accessibility and would-be comparison of information from real estate cadastres via the Internet in the select states of European Union. At the end there are mentioned some projects in the area of real estate cadastres in the European Union.eng
