These recommendations aim to identify key stages of implementing a crowdshipping delivery system based on public transport, ensuring its efficiency and integration with the city’s existing logistics and transport networks. The document contains a description of the general concept of crowdshipping based on the public transport system, steps of the methodology for its implementation in urban last-mile delivery, an analysis of the prerequisites for launching crowdshipping in the city of Pardubice, and recommendations based on the study.
