dc.description.abstract	Téma mé bakalářské práce je Úloha radiologického asistenta při PET/CT stagingu a restagingu u pacientů s kolorektálním karcinomem. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, z nichž první, teoretická část se zabývá popsáním celkové problematiky daného tématu. Je zde zahrnuta stručná charakteristika oboru radiologického asistenta, popisuje základní aspekty nukleární medicíny a příslušné radiační ochrany. Dále je zde zahrnuta teorie kolorektálního karcinomu, popsána přístrojová technika hybridního PET/CT systému a teoreticky rozebrán staging a restaging nádorového onemocnění. V praktické části práce je podrobněji popsána samotná úloha radiologického asistenta. Tato část je doplněna o fotografickou dokumentaci se stručnou charakteristikou jednotlivých kroků tohoto diagnostického vyšetření.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of my bachelor thesis is the role of the radiological assistant during PET/CT staging and restaging of patient with colorectal cancer. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and gives the general view on the topic. It includes a brief characteristic of the work of the radiological assistant, describes the elementary aspects of nuclear medicine and radiation protection. Additionally, it discusses theory of colorectal cancer, describes instrument technology of hybrid PET/CT system and theoretically analyzes staging and restaging of cancer. In the practical part of the thesis, the role of the radiological assistant during PET/CT staging and restaging of patient with colorectal cancer is described in a guater detail. This part is accompanied by the photographic documentation with a brief characterization of individual steps in this diagnostic screnning.	eng
