dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice fyzické a psychické zátěže sester pracujících v oboru intenzivní péče. Teoretická část stručně popisuje vývoj intenzivní péče z historického a současného pohledu, sleduje úlohu sester a rozebírá specifika fyzické a psychické zátěže vyplývající z poskytování ošetřovatelské péče v intenzivní péči. Následuje metoda dotazníkového šetření, která zjišťuje míru fyzické a psychické zátěže. Respondenty budou vybrané skupiny všeobecných sester pracujících v oboru intenzivní péče. První skupinou jsou sestry pracující na anesteziologicko-resuscitačním oddělení, do druhé skupiny jsou řazeny sestry z jednotek intenzivní péče chirurgického a interního typu. Výsledky výzkumu budou prezentovány v tabulkách a grafech pomocí kancelářských programů. Ke statistické analýze kategorických dat bude použita popisná statistika.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the issue of physical and mental stress of nurses working in the field of intensive care. The theoretical part briefly describes the development of intensive care from a historical and contemporary perspective. It monitors the role of nurses and analyzes the specifics of physical and mental stress resulting from the provision of nursing care in intensive care. The following is a questionnaire survey method, which determines the degree of physical and mental stress. The respondents will be selected groups of general nurses working in the field of intensive care. The first group are nurses working in the anesthesiology and resuscitation department. The second group includes nurses from surgical and internal intensive care units. The research results will be presented in tables and graphs using office programs. Descriptive statistics will be used for statistical analysis of categorical data.	eng
