dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je ageismus ve společnosti. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teorii popisuji stáří a jeho specifika. Dále se dotýkám tématu demografie se zaměřením na seniorskou populaci. Hlavní složkou teorie je část o ageismu a mezigeneračních konfliktech. Věnuji se zde zdrojům ageismu a mýtům o stáří. V praktické části se zabývám postojem studentů 4. ročníků středních škol k seniorům. Výzkum měl kvantitativní charakter a byl prováděn formou anonymních dotazníků vlastní konstrukce. V diskuzi se zaobírám výsledky, které z dotazníků vyplývají, a porovnávám je s ostatními výzkumy, které jsou v současné době v literatuře dostupné.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The theme of this bachelor thesis is ageism in society. This work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In theory I describe the age and it´s specifics. Next part of my work deal with demographics with a focus on senior´s population. The main part of the theory is about ageism and intergenerational conflict. This part deals with sources of ageism and myths about aging. In the practical part I deal with the attitude of students from the 4th year of high school to senior´s population. The research has quantitative character and it was conducted using anonymous questionnaires. In the discussion I apply by results arising from the questionnaire and I compare it with other studies which are currently available in the literature.	eng
