dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na povědomí veřejnosti o systému First responder v České republice. Cílem je zmapovat rozdíly v povědomí o first responderech mezi jednotlivými regiony a zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují informovanost o tomto systému. Práce se dále zaměřuje na zhodnocení efektivity systému a na zkoumání postojů veřejnosti k jeho významu v přednemocniční péči. Cílem je zjistit, jak veřejnost vnímá přínos first responderů a jaké jsou možnosti dalšího rozšíření. Jedná se o teoreticko-výzkumnou práci, která je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení systému First responder v kontextu přednemocniční neodkladné péče, fungování tohoto systému v České republice i v zahraničí a popisuje i kardiopulmonální resuscitaci. Výzkumná část práce se zaměřuje na analýzu povědomí veřejnosti o systému First responder. Pro výzkum byla zvolena kvantitativní metoda sběru dat, konkrétně nestandardizovaný dotazník, který byl distribuován online i v tištěné podobě. Výsledky výzkumu poskytují přehled o míře informovanosti veřejnosti, faktorech ovlivňujících povědomí o systému a vnímání jeho významu v přednemocniční péči. Závěry práce mohou sloužit jako podklad pro další rozvoj systému a jeho propagaci široké veřejnosti.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on public awareness of the First Responder system in the Czech Republic. The aim is to map the differences in awareness of first responders between different regions and to find out what factors influence the awareness of this system. The work also focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of the first responder system and examining public attitudes towards its importance in pre-hospital care. The aim is to find out how the public perceives the benefits of this system and what are the possibilities for its further expansion. This is a theoretical and research work, which is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of the First responder system in the context of pre-hospital emergency care, the functioning of this system in the Czech Republic and abroad and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of public awareness of the First responder system. For the research a quantitative method of data collection was chosen, namely a non-standardized questionnaire, which was distributed online and in printed form. The research results provide an overview of the level of public awareness, factors influencing awareness of the system and perceptions of its importance in pre-hospital care. The findings of the study can serve as a basis for further development of the system and its promotion among the general public.	eng
