It explores the basic concepts of open data and linked data, explores their benefits and challenges, and offers practical use cases to illustrate the applications of these platforms. It provides a decision-making model consisting of criteria and alternative identified through a literature review. Using a public administration use case, the model is applied and the most suitable alternative recommended, including discussion of best practices.eng

Zkoumá základní koncepty otevřených dat a propojených dat, zkoumá jejich výhody a výzvy a nabízí praktické příklady použití pro ilustraci aplikací těchto platforem. Představuje rozhodovací model skládající se z kritérií a alternativ identifikovaných prostřednictvím přehledu literatury. Na případu užití z oblasti veřejné správy je pak model aplikován a doporučena nejvhodnější alternativa včetně diskuse osvědčených postupů.cze
