dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce s názvem Interakce a komunikace ve firmě zaměstnávající lidi s postižením se snaží zmapovat konkrétní firmu a chráněnou dílnu pohledem antropologa. Především se snaží popsat životní zkušenosti lidí se zdravotním a tělesným postižením v zaměstnání. Cílem práce je poskytnout čtenářům náhled do nitra fungující firmy, která má specifický systém. Firma X zaměstnává až 85% lidí zdravotně tělesně postižených. Práce vychází z vlastního terénního výzkumu, který jsem prováděla přímo ve firmě. Moji informanti byli zaměstnanci firmy X, které jsem při výzkumu poznala. Na základě zajištěných informací se diplomová práce snaží analyzovat komunikaci a interakci mezi zaměstnanci ve firmě.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	Final thesis called Interaction and communication in the company employing people with disabilities is mapping the company and sheltered workshop from the point of view of an anthropologist. This thesis focuses on description of personal experiences of people with disabilities at the workplace. The aim of the thesis is to provide the reader an insight into functional company with a particular system. 85% of the company employees are people with disabilities. This thesis is based on my own field research which I have done inside the company. My informants are employees of the company X I met during my field research. Based on the discovered facts, this thesis is trying to analyzed communication and interaction between the employees in the company.	eng
