The last large speculative bubble occurred on the real estate market, which after bursting brought the financial crisis affecting virtually every country in the world. The main challenge and objective of this article is to define the attitude of the management of Czech companies, namely joint stock companies and limited liability companies, towards speculative bubbles.eng

Poslední velkou spekulační bublinou byla na trhu nemovitosti, po jejímž splasknutí přišla finanční krize s dopadem na téměř všechny státy světa. Hlavní problém a cíl článku je vymezit postoj managementu českých společností a to konkrétně akciových společnosti a společnosti s ručením omezeným na spekulativní bubliny.cze
