dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu úrovně stresu a copingových strategií sester pracujících v domácí péči. Cílem výzkumu je identifikovat hlavní zdroje stresu, způsoby, jakými se sestry s tímto stresem vyrovnávají, a dopady stresu na jejich pracovní výkon a kvalitu poskytované péče. Výsledky ukazují, že stres je běžným jevem v této profesi, přičemž nejčastějšími stresory jsou časový tlak a složité situace s klienty. Práce rovněž navrhuje doporučení na zlepšení pracovních podmínek a psychické pohody sester v domácí péči.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of stress levels and coping strategies of nurses working in home care. The aim of the research is to identify the main sources of stress, the ways in which nurses cope with this stress, and the impacts of stress on their work performance and the quality of care provided. The results show that stress is a common phenomenon in this profession, with the most common stressors being time pressure and complex situations with clients. The thesis also suggests recommendations for improving the working conditions and psychological well-being of nurses in home care.	eng
