Abstrakt
The key priority of the European transport policy (as all other policies) is only sustainable
mobility and its development. The most important solution is internalising the externalities to set
right prices on transport services on one hand and to assure access to the general service in
public interests in transport for everybody on the other hand. There is a short description of the
basic steps in this way.
