dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou integrace nově příchozích mezi starousedlické obyvatelstvo a to ve vesnici, která v minulosti vyhrála celostátní kolo soutěže "Vesnice roku". Cílem práce je zachytit nejen změny, ke kterým ve vesnici došlo po získání tohoto titulu, ale také změny související s přílivem nových obyvatel. Práce předkládá analýzu vztahů mezi dvěma skupinami obyvatel a to z pohledu všech generací.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the integration of newcomers between the denizens, particularly in the village which won national contest "Village of the Year" in the past. The aim of the work is to capture not only changes occurred in the village after gaining the title, but also changes related to the flow newcomers. The paper presents the relationship analysis between the two population groups from all generations perpective.	eng
