dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření edice korespondence, ta sloužila jako důkazní materiál zásnubního sporu, který se dostal před manželský soud. Zásnubní spor vzniknul mezi Karlem Kamperem a Paulínou Baláček. Korespondence zachycuje časové rozmezí od roku 1855 až do roku 1858. V první polovině jsou uvedeny informace k manželským soudům v 19. století, údaje o účastnících sporu, místopisné zařazení, popis sporu. Následuje specifikace písma korespondence, použité metody a transkripční zásady, popis archivního pramene. Dále následuje nejdůležitější část a tou je edice. Celou práci doprovází poznámkový aparát.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compile an edition of correspondence which served as an evidence in the engagement dispute which was brought to the marriage court. The engagement dispute arose between Karel Kamper and Paulína Baláček. The correspondence covers the period from 1855 to 1858. In the first half, there is information on marriage courts in the 19th century, details of the dispute parties, topographical placement, and the description of the dispute. The mentioned list of information is followed by the specification of correspondence's type of writing, the used methods and transcription rules, and the description of the archival source. Next, the most important part follows, which is the edition. The whole thesis is accompanied by footnotes.	eng
