dc.description.abstract	Závěrečná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou znalosti zdravotních sester základní podpory života podle aktuálně platných Guidelines. Tato práce je dělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je popsána historie resuscitace a mezinárodní organizace pro resuscitaci. Popisuji zde také obecné zásady a kritéria poskytování základní neodkladné resuscitace. V závěru teoretické části se zaměřuji na změny v nově vydaných postupech pro resuscitaci Guidelines 2010 oproti Guidelines 2005. Za cíl této práce jsem si stanovila zhodnocení znalostí zdravotních sester k dané problematice, zjistit frekvenci školení o resuscitaci, používání speciálních pomůcek k nácviku resuscitace, spokojenost s tímto školením od zaměstnanců a následně zjistit způsoby zpětné vazby na toto školení. V praktické části je zpracována analýza dotazníkového šetření, které jsem prováděla u zdravotních sester, pracujících v nemocnici, ambulanci a v domovech pro seniory. Tyto výsledky jsem zpracovala do tabulek, znázornila graficky a doplnila komentářem. Jsou zde shrnuty znalosti sester o BLS, frekvence školení i možnosti používání pomůcek v průběhu školení.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This Diploma thesis focuses on the nurses´ knowledge of basic life support (BLS) according to the recent Guidelines. This thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical one and a practical one. There are described the history of resuscitation and the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation in the theoretical part. I also focus on the general methods and criteria of basic urgent resuscitation. At the end I compare the Guidelines 2005 with the Guidelines 2010 focusing especially on the changes of sequence in resuscitation. The main aims of this thesis are evaluation of nurses´ knowledge of this problem, analyzing the frequence of resuscitation seminars and using the special gadgets for resuscitation training, as well as the level of contentment of the employees and the ways of getting feedback on these seminars. In the practical part there is an analyse of the questionnaire survey which was made with the nurses working in hospitals, clinics or senior houses. Results were transfered into charts, diagrams and were completed with my comments. There are summarized the nurses´ knowledge of BLS, frequence of resuscitation seminars as well as using the special gadgets during the training in this part.	eng
