dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu selfmonitoringu u pacientů s 1. typem diabetu mellitu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, na část teoretickou a průzkumnou. Teoretická část práce popisuje onemocnění diabetes mellitus 1. typu, jeho diagnostiku, léčbu, komplikace a také se věnuje problematice selfmonitoringu u diabetu mellitu 1. typu. V průzkumné části práce jsou prezentovány výsledky průzkumného šetření, které probíhalo na dvou diabetologických ambulancích, kde byl respondentům předáván dotazník vlastní tvorby. Ze získaných výsledků je patrné, že respondenti často nemají dostatečný přehled o hladině své glykémie v průběhu dne, což způsobuje nevhodnou glykemickou křivku a tím i nepříznivou hladinu HbA1c. Potřeba je nadále se zaměřit na vyšší míru edukace v oblasti častějšího selfmonitoringu glykémie.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of self-monitoring in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus. It's divided into two main parts, the theoretical part and the exploratory part. The theoretical part describes type 1 diabetes mellitus, its diagnosis, treatment, complications and also deals with the issue of self-monitoring in type 1 diabetes mellitus. The exploratory part of the thesis presents the results of a survey that took place at two diabetes outpatient clinics, where respondents were given a questionnaire of their own creation. The results show that respondents often do not have a sufficient overview of their blood glucose levels during the day, which causes an inappropriate glycemic curve and an unfavorable HbA1c level. Its necessary to continue to focus on a higher level of education in the area of more frequent selfmonitoring of glycaemia.	eng
