dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část byla zaměřena na strukturu, funkci, význam a mechanismus působení cholinesteráz. V dalších kapitolách teoretické části byly popsány účinky inhibitorů cholinesteráz. V experimentální části byla testovaná inhibiční schopnost sedmi karmabátových inhibitorů. K tomuto měření byly použity dvě in vitro metody Ellmanova metoda a pH-statová metoda. Pro posouzení účinnosti inhibitorů byl stanoven index IC50. Dále byly stanoveny rozdělovací koeficienty Kow studovaných inhibitorů v soustavě n-oktanol: voda.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part is focused on the structure, function, significance and mechanism of action of cholinesterases. Furthermore other chapters of the theoretical part describe the effects of cholinesterase inhibitors. In the experimental part there was tested the inhibitory ability of seven carbamate inhibitors. Two methods were used for determination of kinetic parameters: Ellman's method, and the pH-stat method. IC50 index was determined to assess the efficacy of inhibitors. Further, the partition coefficients Kow of inhibitors studied in the system of n-octanol:water were defined.	eng
