| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou procesu restrukturalizace. První část je zaměřena na vymezení teoretických pojmů. Je zde popsána krize podniku a jiné příčiny vedoucí k restrukturalizaci. Druhá část charakterizuje proces restrukturalizace v ETĚ a. s. a dále pak jsou uvedeny konkrétní restrukturalizační opatření provedená v jednotlivých oblastech. Poslední část analyzuje a hodnotí dopady restrukturalizačních opatření, které byly v posledních letech provedeny v podniku ETA a. s., na dnešní ekonomickou situaci podniku, jeho konkurenceschopnost, situaci v regionu Hlinecko a další zainteresované subjekty. | cze |

There are described the crisis of the company and following reasons, that cause the restructuring. The second part characterizes the restructuring process of ETA a. s.
