dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na asistenta pedagoga a jeho úlohu na základní škole. V teoretické části jsou nejprve definovány základní pojmy týkající se vzdělávání, žáka se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami, asistenta pedagoga a jeho spolupráce s učitelem. Cílem práce je odpovědět na otázku, jaká je úloha asistenta pedagoga na základní škole. Empirická část se pomocí kvalitativního šetření snaží blíže nastínit práci asistenta pedagoga a analyzovat nejen jeho roli ve třídě, ale také přínos a spolupráci s učitelem.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The dissertation thesis focuses on a teacher's assistant and his role in elementary school. In the theoretical part basic terms related to the education of children with special educational needs, the teacher's assistant and his cooperation with the teacher are defined. The main goal of the dissertation is to answer a question, what the role of the teacher's assistant in elementary school is. Empirical part with a qualitative survey seeks to further outline the work of an assistant teacher and analyze his role, not only in classroom but also the contribution and cooperation with the teacher.	eng
