dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na znalosti zdravotnického personálu ohledně specifik ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s úrazem krční páteře. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu mechanismu a poranění krční páteře, jejich vzniku, diagnostice, přednemocniční péči a léčbě. Velká část je zaměřena na specifika ošetřovatelské péče u tohoto typu poranění. V praktické části jsou zpracovány otázky zaměřené na znalosti zdravotnického personálu v problematice specifik ošetřovatelské péče o tyto pacienty. Průzkumné šetření se dále dotýká potřeb pacienta z pohledu zdravotnického personálu. Na základě výsledků práce jsou navrhnuta doporučení pro managment a nelékařský zdravotnický personál a jsou zpracovány nejčastější ošetřovatelské problémy spojené s péčí o pacienta s úrazem krční páteře.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis is focused on the knowledge of medical personnel regarding the specifics of nursing care for a patient with a cervical spine injury. The theoretical part is devoted to the description of the mechanism and injuries of the cervical spine, their origin, diagnosis, pre-hospital care and treatment. A large part is focused on the specifics of nursing care for this type of injury. In the practical part, questions focused on the knowledge of medical personnel in the specifics of nursing care for these patients are processed. The exploratory investigation also touches on the needs of the patient from the point of view of the medical staff. Based on the results of the work, recommendations are proposed for management and non-medical medical personnel, and the most common nursing problems associated with the care of a patient with a cervical spine injury are processed.	eng
