Chybně uvedená hmotnost vede jak ke snížení poplatku za použití železniční dopravní cesty tak ke snížení dovozného (dovozních poplatků). Poškozování dopravní infrastruktury železničními nákladními vozidly a bezpečnostní hrozby v železničním provozu jako další negativní aspekty.cze
