dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci se zabývám terapeutickou hypotermií a jejím využití v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. V teoretické části jsem shromáždil dostupné informace, které se zabývají touto problematikou. Obsahuje zmínky o historických kořenech využití hypotermie v medicíně, základní fyziologické a patofyziologické mechanismy, které slouží k základnímu pochopení problematiky. Součástí teoretické části práce je i část, která se zabývá samotnými technikami využití léčebné hypotermie, monitorací fyziologických funkcí při aplikaci mírné hypotermie, z nichž zásadní je monitorování tělesné teploty. Průzkumnou část jsem zacílil na využití mírné terapeutické hypotermie v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Zajímal jsem se o to, zda je tato metoda jednotlivými záchrannými zdravotnickými službami využívány či nikoliv a jakým způsobem je realizován celý proces poskytování mírné terapeutické hypotermie v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Zajímalo mě také, zda mají zdravotničtí pracovníci povědomí o nově vydaných doporučeních a jestli by uvítali školení nebo seminář, který by byl zaměřen na seznámení zdravotníků s novinkami. V neposlední řadě mě zajímal fakt, zda existuje v rámci poskytované přednemocniční neodkladné péče doporučený klinický postup nebo protokol pro provádění terapeutické hypotermie.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The main purpose of my bachelor thesis is to deal with the medical hypothermia and its use during the out-of-hospital acute medical care. I gathered all available information which deal with the issue a summarized it in the theoretical part of the thesis. This part contains the description of the historical roots of the usage of the medical hypothermia, the basic physiological and pathophysiological mechanisms which are needed to fully comprehend the issues. One part of the theoretical part is a text which deals with the techniques of the usage of the medical hypothermia, of the monitoring of the physiological functions when applying the low rate hypothermia such as the most crutial monitoring of the body temperature. I aimed at the usage of the low rate therapeutic hypothermia during the out-of-hospital acute medical care in the practical part of the thesis. I was interested as well if this method is used by the emergency health care personnel and which kind of treatment is used when applying the low rate hypothermia during the out-of-hospital acute medical care. I was as well interested in the awareness of the newly issued recommendations among the personnel and if they would like to have a seminar or a training which would be aimed at the newly issued recommendations. Last but not least, I was interested if there is an officially issued clinical procedure or a protocol dealing with the therapeutical hypothermia during the out-of-hospital acute medical care.	eng
