dc.description.abstract	V teoretické části této diplomové práce byla zpracována literární rešerše zaměřená na hygienické nátěry a metody jejich testování. Byly zde popsány enzymy, chitosan, nanočástice a nátěry na bázi přírodních látek. V praktické části byla testována inhibiční účinnost různých biocidů na bakterie E. coli, Ps. aeruginosa a St. aureus suspenzní a difuzní metodou. Byl též ověřen vliv stárnutí nátěrů na jejich antimikrobiální účinnost. Dále byl zkoumán vliv oplachu vodou a detergentem na antimikrobiální efekt těchto nátěrů. V závěru práce byla zjištěna tvorba biofilmu vybraných mikroorganismů na jednotlivých nátěrech a inhibiční účinnost samotného detergentu.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	In the theoretical part of this thesis was processed the literature review focused on the hygienic coatings and the methods of their testing. In this part were desribed the enzymes, nanoparticles and coatings on the basis of natural substances. In the practical part was tested the inhibitory activity of the various biocides on the bacteria E. coli, Ps. aeruginosa and St. aureus by the suspension and diffusion method. Also the effects of aging on the antimicrobial efficiency was verified. Further was studied also the effect of rinsing with water and detergent on the antimicrobial effect of this coatings. In conclusion of this thesis was determined the biofilm formation of selected microorganisms on various coatings and inhibitory activity of the detergent itself.	eng
