dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá polohováním pacientů v perioperační péči a sledováním pooperačních symptomů u žen podstupující gynekologický operační výkon. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje kapitoly o nejčastěji využívaných polohách pacientů v perioperační péči, stručně je uvedena základní operativa v gynekologii, pooperační symptomy a role porodní asistentky. V rámci pooperačních symptomů jsou detailněji popsány bolest, nauzea a zvracení a hypotermie. Druhou částí práce je zpracování a interpretace výsledků kvantitativního, prospektivního výzkumu u výběrového souboru respondentek. Data byla získána pomocí záznamového archu vlastní konstrukce.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis focuses on the positioning of patients in perioperative care and the monitoring of postoperative symptoms in women undergoing gynaecological surgery. The theoretical part of the thesis includes chapters on the most commonly used patient positions in perioperative care, a brief overview of basic surgical techniques in gynaecology, postoperative symptoms, and the role of the midwife. Pain, nausea, vomiting, and hypothermia are discussed in detail as key postoperative symptoms. The second part of the thesis is the processing and interpretation of the results of quantitative, prospective research with a sample of respondents. The data were obtained using a recording sheet of our own design.	eng
