dc.description.abstract	Téma bakalářské práce se zabývá vlivem traumatických událostí na psychiku profesionálů IZS. Jedná se o teoreticko-výzkumnou práci. Cílem práce bylo shrnout nejnovější poznatky o problematice traumatických událostí, zjistit četnost a typ traumatických událostí ve zkoumaném vzorku respondentů a analyzovat traumatické události ve vztahu k vybraným faktorům (typ profese, věk, délka služebního poměru, intervence ze strany zaměstnavatele). Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku traumatických událostí, odlišnost v jejich působení, psychologii mimořádných událostí a způsoby vyrovnávání se s traumatizující událostí. Zahrnuje také stručný popis činností jednotlivých složek IZS, včetně psychologické služby. Výzkumná část obsahuje stanovené výzkumné otázky, metodiku výzkumu a analýzu výsledků zjištěných na základě anonymního dotazníku vlastní konstrukce a dotazníku WCQ-S. Folkman, R.S. Lazarus, zjišťující různé reakce osob na těžké, nepříjemné, stresující situace. Výzkum byl prováděn u posádek hasičského záchranného sboru, u zdravotnické záchranné služby a u posádek Policie ČR. Výsledky výzkumu jsou znázorněny pomocí grafů a tabulek.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of my Bachelor's degree thesis is the "Influence of the traumatic events on the psyche of the IZS professionals". The aim of the thesis is to summarize the latest findings about the problems of the traumatic events, to ascertain the frequency and the type of the traumatic events in examined sample of respondents and to analyze the traumatic events with respect to selected factors (type of profession, age, duration of the service and the intervention from the employer side). This is a theoretical-research thesis. The theoretical portion of this thesis defines the characteristic of the traumatic events, the difference of their impact, psychology of the emergency events and the methods of the dealing with the traumatic event. It also covers brief description of the particular IZS components including the psychological service.The research portion of this thesis defines the pertinent research questions, the research and the analysis of the results administered via an anonymous questionnaire of my own construction and the WCQ-S.Folkman, R.S.Lazarus questionnaire. This research is looking into the different reactions of the personnel on the difficult, unpleasant and stressful situations. The research was carriedout in cooperation with the Fire brigade crews and the Ambulance service crews and the Police of the Czech Republic crews.The results of the research are demonstrated through the use of various diagrams and charts.	eng
