dc.description.abstractMoje bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou náhradních mechanismů komunikace po totální laryngektomii. Teoretická část obsahuje základní údaje o anatomii a fyziologii hrtanu a hlasivek. V další části jsem se zabývala nádory hrtanu, jejich příčinami, příznaky, diagnostikou, léčbou a prevencí. Dále jsem se věnovala náhradním mechanismům komunikace, foniatrii a ošetřovatelské péči o nemocné po totální laryngektomii, do které jsem zahrnula předoperační přípravu a pooperační péči. Na závěr teoretické části jsem zahrnula dispenzární a foniatrickou péči u nemocných po totální laryngektomii. Praktická část je složena z výzkumu, který probíhal v Pardubické krajské nemocnici, a. s. a jeho následného vyhodnocení.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedMy bachelor thesis deals with compensatory mechanisms of communication after total laryngectomy. The theoretical part contains basic information on anatomy and physiology of the larynx and voice. In the next section I dealt with larynx cancer, its causations, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and prevention. I also attended to a compensatory mechanism of communication, phoniatry and nursing care for patients after total laryngectomy in which I included preoperative preparation and postoperative care. In the end of the theoretical part, I involved dispensary and phoniatry care of patients after total laryngectomy. The practical part consists of research, which took place in Regional hospital in Pardubice, as a subsequent evaluation.eng
