dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je popsat a shrnout určité (vybrané) části teoretických a hlavně praktických poznatků z managementu, konkrétně strategického managementu a manažerského řízení. Je zde přiblížena situace firmy Strnad & Červinka - historie firmy, organizační struktura, atd.. Tato firma prošla dlouhodobým vývojem od vedení v centrálně řízené ekonomice po současné tržní hospodářství. Proto práce zkoumá jak vnější tak i vnitřní prostředí firmy, a to pomocí finanční analýzy, analýzy SWOT, metody BSC, matic BCG a General electric a metod teorie rozhodování.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of this diploma work is to describe and to make a summary of specific part of the theoretical and mainly practical knowledge of management, especially strategic management and strategic leading. In the practical part of this work is described a situation of the company Strand & Červinka - history of the company, organizational structure, etc.. This company has gone through long development from leading in central economy to nowadays free market economy. Because of this fact, the work goes through internal and external environment of the company by using methods such as financial analysis, SWOT analysis, BSC method, BCG and General electric matrixes and methods of decision theory.	eng
