dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná práce se zabývá vlivem thallia jako dopantu na termoelektrické vlastnosti polykrystalického SnSe. Byla připravena řada vzorků TlxSn1-xSe, kde x = 0; 0,0025; 0,005; 0,0075; 0,01; 0,015; 0,02 a 0,04. Tyto vzorky byly charakterizovány rentgenovou difrakční analýzou, elektronovou mikroskopií a byla změřena jejich elektrická vodivost, tepelná vodivost, Hallův koeficient a Seebeckův koeficient v rozmezí teplot 300-725 K.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This work deals with the effect of thallium doping on the thermoelectric properties of polycrystalline SnSe. Polycrystalline TlxSn1-xSe system, where x = 0; 0,0025; 0,005; 0,0075; 0,01; 0,015; 0,02 a 0,04 was prepared. Samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, SEM analysis and electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, Hall coefficient and Seebeck coefficient were measured over a temperature range of 300-725 K.	eng
