| dc.description.abstract | Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá přípravou a čištěním mono- a disubstituovaných acetyl a trifluoroacetylových derivátů ferrocenu. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty obecné vlastnosti ferrocenu, jeho příprava a reaktivita se zvláštním přihlédnutím k Friedelově – Craftsově acylaci. Jsou zde také uvedeny způsoby přípravy, čištění a vlastnosti acetyl- a trifluoroacetyl- substituovaných ferrocenů. Experimentální část detailně popisuje laboratorní postupy, které byly použity při přípravě mono- a disubstituovaných derivátů ferrocenu. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor work is focused to the preparation and purification of monoand disubstituted acetyl- and trifluoroacetylferrocenes. The theoretical part summarizes properties, reactivity and the use of ferrocene derivatives with special attention to Friedel – Crafts acylation. It also presents the preparation, purification and characterization of acetyl- and trifluoroacetyl- substituted ferrocenes. The experimental part concerns with detailed laboratory procedures, which have been used to prepare mono- and disubstituted ferrocene derivatives. | eng |
