dc.description.abstract	Práce obsahuje pouze teoretickou část.První kapitoly práce se věnují historii trestu smrti v naší zemi a techniky, které se k výkonu trestu smrti používali dříve a které dnes. V další kapitole nahlédneme na argumenty zastánců trestu smrti a porovnáme je s argumenty odpůrců absolutního trestu. Dále se zmíníme, v jaké je Česká republika aktuální situaci se znovuobnovením trestu smrti. Součástí práce je také pohled na trest smrti ve světě, kde je tento absolutní trest stále zaveden, jakým způsobem se popravuje a za jaké trestné činy. Práce se také zabývá alternativní variantou trestu smrti- doživotním trestem. Popisuje věznice v České republice a situaci ve věznicích pro doživotně odsouzené.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This work contains a theoretical part only. First chapters are devoted to the history of death penalty in our country, and to the techniques that were used for the capital punishment in the past and nowadays. The next charter compares the arguments of proponents of the death penalty and of opponentsof who are against the capital punishment. Further more, we mention chat the current situation in the Czech Republic considering re-establishment of the death penalty. The work also looks at the capital punishment in a Word where it is still used. One of the questions is, in which way people are executed all arend the Word and for chat crimes. The work is also interested in an alternative option of the death penalty, which is life imprisonment. It describ prisons in the Czech Republic and the situation in them for those who were sentenced for the rest of theirlives.	eng
