dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na informovanost pacientů s arteriální hypertenzí v oblasti rizik a komplikací tohoto onemocnění. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku onemocnění, klinický obraz a diagnostické metody využívané u tohoto onemocnění. Dále se teorie zabývá léčbou arteriální hypertenze, možnostmi měření krevního tlaku, možnými komplikacemi tohoto onemocnění a vlivem životního stylu na arteriální hypertenzi. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit informovanost pacientů s onemocněním arteriální hypertenze pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku. Vyhodnocení průzkumu bylo prezentováno pomocí grafů a tabulek, které jsou k dispozici v této bakalářské práci spolu s podrobným zhodnocením. Tento průzkum umožnil odhalit nedostatky v informovanosti pacientů s arteriální hypertenzí v oblasti možné prevence onemocnění, v důležitosti pravidelného měření tlaku a hlavně v nedostatku informací ohledně hypertenzní krize a možných komplikacích tohoto onemocnění.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the awareness of patients with arterial hypertension in the area of risks and complications of this disease. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the characteristics of the disease, clinical picture and diagnostic methods used in this disease. Furthermore, the theory deals with the treatment of arterial hypertension, the possibilities of blood pressure measurement, possible complications of this disease and the influence of lifestyle on arterial hypertension. The main aim of the study was to determine the awareness of patients with arterial hypertension using a non-standardized questionnaire. The evaluation of the survey was presented using graphs and tables which are available in this bachelor thesis along with a detailed evaluation. This survey allowed to reveal the gaps in the awareness of patients with arterial hypertension regarding the possible prevention of the disease, the importance of regular blood pressure measurement and, most importantly, the lack of information regarding hypertensive crisis and the possible complications of this disease.	eng
