dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vlivu spolupráce mezi asistenty pedagoga a rodiči těchto žáků na jejich kompetence. Práce kombinuje teoretický rámec s praktickými zkušenostmi autorky, která se aktivně podílela na praxi v roli asistenta pedagoga. Analýza se zaměřuje na formy komunikace a četnost interakcí mezi asistenty pedagoga a rodiči, a to v kontextu jejich role v procesu enkulturace. Teoretická část práce zkoumá historii a náplň práce asistenta pedagoga, legislativní rámec, pojmy související s inkluzí a integrací, a specifika žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Praktická část práce se věnuje metodologii výzkumu, stanovuje cíle a výzkumné otázky, popisuje výzkumný soubor a realizaci šetření. Na závěr jsou prezentovány a diskutovány výsledky studie. Cílem této práce je přispět k lepšímu pochopení dynamiky spolupráce mezi asistenty pedagoga a rodiči dětí se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a přispět k efektivnějšímu a kvalitnějšímu vzdělávání v inkluzivním prostředí.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the influence of cooperation between teaching assistants and parents of these pupils on their competences. The thesis combines a theoretical framework with the practical experience of the author, who has been actively involved in the field of education as a teaching assistant. The analysis deals with the forms of communication and the frequency of interactions between teaching assistants and parents, and analyses their mutual interactions from the perspectiverole in the process of enculturation p.rocess. The theoretical part of the thesis examines the history and scope of the work of the teaching assistant, the legislative framework, concepts related to inclusion and integration, and the specifics of pupils with special educational needs. The practical part of the thesis deals with the research methodology, sets the objectives and research questions, describes the research set and the implementation of the investigation. Finally, the results of the study are presented and discussed. The aim of this thesis is to contribute to a better understanding of the dynamics of cooperation between teaching assistants and parents of children with special educational needs, and to contribute to more effective education in an inclusive environment.	eng
