dc.description.abstract	Tato práce je zaměřena na aplikaci moderní extrakční techniky extrakce nadkritickou tekutinou (SFE) pro izolaci antioxidantů v bylinách a její porovnání s klasickou extrakční metodou v Soxhletově extraktoru. V teoretické části jsou popsány vybrané skupiny antioxidantů, jejich výskyt a vlastnosti. Dále pak metody izolace antioxidantů z rostlinné matrice a jejich stanovení vysokoúčinnou kapalinovou chromatografií. V experimentální části jsou popsány použité vzorky, přístroje a pracovní postupy. Práce byla zaměřena na optimalizaci extrakční techniky SFE pro izolaci vybraných antioxidantů z reálné bylinné matrice s následným stanovením vysokoúčinnou kapalinovou chromatografií s UV detekcí. Optimalizované metody byly aplikovány na různé vzorky bylin. Výsledky získané oběma metodami byly vzájemně porovnány.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This work deals with the determination of selected antioxidants in herbs using modern extraction technique called supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and its comparison with Soxhlet extraction. There are described selected groups of antioxidants, together with their incidence and characteristic properties in the theoretical part. Furthermore, the methods of antioxidants isolation from plants and their determination using high-performance liquid chromatography are presented as well. In the experimental part there are described analysed samples as well as devices and procedures used. This study is focused on the optimisation of both SFE and Soxhlet extraction metods for antioxidants isolation from herbs followed by the high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with UV detection. The optimised method was applied to different herbal samples analysis and the results were compared with values obtained by conventional extraction using Soxhlet extractor.	eng
