dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé diplomové práce je analýza míry motivace pracovníků ve firmě M-tech, s.r.o.. V teoretické části jsou nejprve popsány jednotlivé prvky motivace a následně je uveden přehled motivačních teorií. Dále se práce zaměřuje na dělení motivace a popis pracovní spokojenosti. Na motivaci pracovníků má z velké části vliv manažer, proto zde nechybí charakteristika manažera, jeho kompetencí, styly vedení a specifikace vlastností, kterými by měl dobrý manažer oplývat. Závěr teoretické části je věnován vzdělávání pracovníků a hodnocení práce. V praktické části je popis firmy M-tech, s.r.o., jejího firemního prostředí a současné využívané motivace pracovníků. Následně je podrobně popsána analýza firmy, které bylo dosaženo prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Závěr praktické části je věnován zhodnocení motivačního programu a navržení postupů, které by měly vést ke zlepšení situace v podniku.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my thesis is to analyze the degree of motivation of employees in the company M Tech, Ltd.. The theoretical section first describes the different elements of motivation and then provides an overview of motivational theories. Furthermore, the work focuses on the division of motivation and description of job satisfaction. The motivation of workers is largely influenced by a manager, so there are described the features manager, his skills, management styles and specifications of the properties of a good manager. The conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to staff training and evaluation work. In the practical part there is a description of M-tech, Ltd., its business environment and currently used staff motivation. A detailed analysis of the company follows - it was achieved through questionnaire survey. The conclusion of the practical part is devoted to the evaluation of incentive program design and procedures, which should lead to improvements in the company.	eng

Komise byla seznámena s výsledky provedené analýzy motivace pracovníků formou dotazníkového šetření. Na základě provedené analýzy byla studentkou v závěru práce navržena doporučení pro firmu M-tech, s.r.o.	cze
