dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jak se děti ze sociokulturně odlišného prostředí integrují do české společnosti. Teoretická část je členěna do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se zaměřuje na vymezení migrace, popisuje faktory a příčiny, které s touto problematikou souvisí. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje integraci. Popisuje jednotlivá azylová zařízení a jejich funkce. Třetí kapitola se zabývá kulturou, protože se mohou objevit problémy spojené s novým životem. V poslední kapitole teoretické části je charakterizována role sociálního pracovníka. Dále je popsán průběh integrace dětí ze sociokulturně odlišného prostředí. Praktická část je provedena kvalitativním výzkumem při použití výzkumného designu případové studie. Nástrojem jsou polostrukturované rozhovory s dětmi, které žijí v pobytovém středisku. Tyto rozhovory jsou následně komparovány s pedagogy, vychovatelkami a sociálním pracovníkem, kteří s těmito dětmi pracují a mají s touto problematikou zkušenosti.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the thesis is to figure out how children from socioculturally different backgrounds integrate into Czech society. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters. The first chapter focuses on defining migration and describes factors or causes involved. The second chapter describes their integration into society. It also describes individual asylum facilities and its functions in Czechia. The third chapter describes culture problems because associated with their new life situation. The last chapter of the theoretical section describes the role of the social worker. Then, the process of integrating children from socioculturally different backgrounds is described at the end of theoretical part. The practical part is done by qualitative research using a case study research. The research tools are semi-structured interviews with children who live in a residential centre. These interviews are then compiled with educators, educators and a social worker who work with and have experience with these children.	eng
