dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku mobbingu uvnitř týmů sester, které poskytují intenzivní péči na pracovištích intenzivní medicíny chirurgického typu. Práce ověřuje konkrétní typ útoku, kterému respondent nejčastěji čelí. Dále nabízí psychické i fyzické reakce organismu jako následek mobbingu a také mapuje, jak postižený hodlá problém řešit.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The dissertation is focused on the issues of mobbing in the teams of nurses which provide intensive care in the workplace of an intensive medicine of the surgical type. The dissertation shall verify the specific type of attack which the respondent most often faces. It also offers the psychological and physical reactions of organism as a result of mobbing and it also describes how the affected person intends to deal with the problem.	eng
