Abstract

Perspectives of System Engineering in the starting XXIst century are connected with the need of Holism and Wholeness in technical, economic and social areas. In this view material, rational and spiritual aspects must be unified. Last conferences on System Engineering in Hradec Králové (2002) and Pardubice (2003) left room for critism on system approaches and for systems prognostics.
