dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zpoplatnění uživatelů silniční infrastruktury a elektronickým mýtným v ČR. Jsou zde uvedeny způsoby zpoplatnění silniční dopravy, popsány jednotlivé používané technologie elektronického mýta a popis elektronických systému ve vybraných státech Evropy. Následně je provedena analýza současného zpoplatnění v České republice a statistika prvního roku provozu elektronického mýtného systému. Práce také obsahuje návrh na zavedení zpoplatnění kategorie vozidel od 3,5 t do 12 t prostřednictvím elektronického mýtného systému v ČR a s tím předpokládané výnosy.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the problems of charging of the users of the road infrastructure and of the electronic toll collection in the Czech Republic. Here are introduced the forms of charging of the road transport, here are also discribed particular technologies which are used for the electronic toll collection and the description of electronic systems in the chosen states of Europe. The analysis of the contemporary charging in the Czech Republic and the statistic of the first year of the working of the electronic toll collection are made consequently. The dissertation involves also the proposition of the charging of the categories of vehicles from 3,5 tons to 12 tons through the mediation of the electronic toll collection in the Czech Republic and the decrees which are supposed with this kind of charging.eng
