dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnotit vztah míry nezávislosti centrální banky a její schopnosti dosáhnout stanoveného inflačního cíle. Po vymezení základních pojmů následuje rešerše používaných postupů v měření nezávislosti centrálních bank. Na tomto základě je navržena vlastní metodika měření nezávislosti centrálních bank. Komparace zjištěných indexů nezávislosti deseti centrálních bank s průměrnou mírou inflace v dotčených ekonomikách je uzavřena vyhodnocením zjištěných informací.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is this thesis is to evaluate the relationship of degree of central bank independence and her ability to achieve the defined inflation target. After definition of fundamental terms followed retrieval procedures used in measuring central bank independence. On this basis, we designed their own methodology for measuring central bank independence. Comparison of the observed indices ten independence of central banks with the average rate of inflation in the economies is closed evaluating the information gathered.	eng
