dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je vypracována na téma Finanční analýza společnosti VEBA, textilní závody a.s. Kapitola Finanční analýza charakterizuje obsah tohoto pojmu, úlohu finanční analýzy, charakterizuje zdroje, ze kterých finanční analýza čerpá data. Dále popisuje metody, které jsou využívány ve finanční analýze a zabývá se popisem jednotlivých poměrových ukazatelů, které jsou využity k výpočtům v dalších částech práce. Následující část s názvem Charakteristika společnosti VEBA, textilní závody a.s. krátce vystihuje a popisuje historii, současný stav podniku, předmět podnikání, orgány společnosti. Předposlední část s názvem Finanční analýza společnosti VEBA, představuje vlastní finanční analýzu pomocí poměrových ukazatelů, které jsou popsány obecně v první kapitole. Předposlední kapitola je také věnována hodnocení jednotlivých skupin ukazatelů. Poslední část mé práce obsahuje komparaci společnosti VEBA s jedním z představitelů textilního odvětví – společnost VELVETA a.s.cze

The part named The financial analysis explains the substance of financial analysis, its signification and also assigns the sources of datas, which are used for this analysis. You can find there the description of aplicable methods and also introduction of several ratio indicators, which are necessary for calculations in others parts of this work. The other part of this work contains characteristics of VEBA. This chapter shortly represents and describes its history, current situatin inside and outside the company, the subject of enterprise and company leading body.The other part named Financial analysis of company VEBA. This chapter shows the proper financial analysis by means of ratio indicators, which were characterized in the first part of this work. The last part of this work compares the mentioned company VEBA and company VELVETA, which is also one of the main representatives of the textile industry brancheng
